When considering our investments we begin with understanding the customer problem that the business is solving. It’s also important to understand the value these customers extract. Sometimes this is highly quantifiable, as are most business to business sales. On the other hand, some customers experience very intangible things, like joy from their favorite beverage.
Regardless, we only exist as a result of sustained customer problem solving and the work our companies do to deliver those solutions.
